Mary Lee of A Year of Reading has been one lucky lady during National Poetry Month this year. She won Calvin Trillin’s Deciding the Next Decider from Political Verses last week. This week she’s the winner of Douglas Florian’s terrific new collection Dinothesaurus from Wild Rose Reader.

Congratulations, Mary Lee! You’ll be receiving a package from me with TWO books inside.

Here is the schedule for the upcoming drawings at Wild Rose Reader and Political Verses.

April 19th—for comments left on posts dated April 12-18
April 26th

May 1st—for comments left on posts dated April 26-30

The winner of the drawing that takes place on April 19th will receive a copy of Joyce Sidman’s Red Sings from Treetops: A Year in Colors. This is another fabulous collection of poems by the talented Sidman. It is beautifully illustrated by Pamela Zagarenski. Both the text and the art in this book are topnotch!!!

Find out who won a copy of J. Patrick Lewis’s delightful book of light verse The World’s Greatest: Poems over at Political Verses.
